On average, our turnaround time is 5-7 days for in-store purchases and 10-14 for online orders. Corporate orders are up to 2 weeks.

Yes, items can be brought into the store for personalization that were not purchased at SA. Customers will need to sign a waiver upon placing the order in-store.

The best way to know is to bring your item in so our experienced machine operators can determine if we can embroider.

We do not do original artwork, but we can customize an item with a specific motif or design found amongst our wide selection of designs. For logos, customer will need to have one designed by a graphic artist.

Yes! SA has been serving corporate clientele for more than 10 years. A logo would need to be emailed to info@stitchingaround.com to be digitized which is a one-time fee.

We can do either. We have an extensive product menu, or you may bring in your own merchandise. If it is a new logo, you pay a one-time digitizing fee. If we have your logo on file, you pay for the embroidery per item which varies depending on quantity, size of embroidery and/or how many placements per item.

Yes! SA ships all over the United States.

Merchandise purchased in store can be returned for a store credit or refund within 1 week of purchase. All sales are final for personalized items.
